Employees and Allies Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups, or ERGs, provide value to employees and the institution. They support the St. Jude Diversity and Inclusion strategic goals and advise the institution on ways to improve the culture for those they represent. They also engage allies, foster equity and help create a sense of belonging by serving as forums for employees to connect.

Military Support Resource Group (MSRG)

The MSRG provides a network that supports the professional and personal development of military and veteran employees, supports their families, and works with management to advance the inclusion, retention and career mobility of military and veteran employees.

People Respecting Individuality, Diversity and Equality (PRIDE) Employees and Allies Resource Group

The PRIDE ERG serves, educates and supports the St. Jude LGBTQ+ community and allies to promote the St. Jude mission.

Black Employees and Allies Resource Group (BEARG)

BEARG is committed to improving the recruitment, retention, promotion, development and representation of Black employees. The group supports the St. Jude mission by promoting, attracting and retaining an open, diverse and inclusive workforce that represents the patients and communities St. Jude serves.

Women and Allies Employee Resource Group (WARG)

WARG is committed to improving the recruitment, retention, promotion, development and representation of employees who identify as women within the St. Jude community. WARG supports the St. Jude mission by promoting, attracting, retaining, supporting and sponsoring women to create an open, diverse and inclusive workforce that represents the patients and communities St. Jude serves.
