Research Interests

I am a graduate student interested in pediatric cancer. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia is the most common childhood malignancy. Through recent work, our group and others identified the transcription factor ETV6 as a novel leukemia predisposition gene. For my thesis work in the Nichols lab, I will use model systems to study how ETV6 mutations contribute to leukemogenesis.
