Epsilon Sigma Alpha International (ESA), founded in 1929, is one of the world’s most distinctive leadership service organizations. Through its programs, information and support, ESA helps its members to make a positive difference in the world.

In 1972, ESA adopted St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital as its international philanthropic project. As a result of its relationship with ALSAC, the fundraising organization of St. Jude, ESA has helped to raise more than $300 million in cash and pledges for the hospital. The vast network of collegiate and community members of ESA are among the most dedicated and hard-working volunteers and fundraisers for St. Jude, participating in thousands of fundraising events all across the country.

Help us support the lifesaving work of St. Jude

The fundraising efforts of Epsilon Sigma Alpha and other partner organizations help ensure that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — so that their family can focus on helping their child live.
