Each year FedEx Pilot volunteers join together in support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to build a car that will be auctioned to raise money for research and treatment.

The proceeds of this auction help ensure that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.

But we can only do it with the public’s support. Seventy percent of the nearly $2 million in daily cost to fund research and treatment at St. Jude comes from the general public.

Join this effort to offset the expenses to build this car that will be auctioned to raise additional support for the children of St. Jude.

Meet St. Jude patient Leland

In 2014, Leland started having headaches. A series of tests revealed Leland suffered from an aggressive brain tumor known as ATRT.

His family turned to St. Jude, where Leland's treatment has included surgery, radiation therapy and chemotherapy.

Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent to more than 80 percent since it opened more than 50 years ago. We won't stop until no child dies from cancer.

Help St. Jude continue its mission of finding cures for childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
