Help us stop a villain

This villain is known as childhood cancer, and you can help us make a difference.

Every day during Challenge Week, students will learn what it takes to be a Hero through simple fitness activities and short lessons.

As students complete challenges, they can earn prizes, and Team Captains can earn rewards for their school or organization.

Accept the challenge to become a St. Jude Hero, and you'll help ensure that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.

Day 1 Strength

Strength isn’t just physical, it’s mental too! You can be strong by being optimistic and standing up for others.

Fitness activities can include:

  • pushups
  • power squats
  • crab walk

Day 2 Agility

Mental agility is about being adaptive to new situations and being flexible when change happens.

Fitness activities can include:

  • jumping jacks
  • frog leaps
  • fast feet

Day 3 Willpower

Real heroes focus on what they want and work hard to make it happen! That’s heroic willpower!

Fitness activities can include:

  • a run/walk
  • balance
  • hero planks

Day 4 Kindness

By helping others and showing respect, we can all be heroes. Kindness makes the world a better place!

Fitness activities can include:

  • sit-ups
  • relay
  • leap frog

Day 5 Bravery

Being brave means always doing the best you can, even when you’re scared or nervous.

Fitness activities can include a mashup of all the week's exercises.
