St. Jude Retirement Plan

All employees can choose to save for retirement through the employee-contribution portion of the St. Jude Retirement Plan. You can make voluntary pre-tax contributions through salary reductions up to an annual allowable maximum set by the IRS. All taxes are deferred until the funds are withdrawn. The maximum for calendar year 2023 is up to $22,500 of your salary (pre-tax or Roth) to your St. Jude Retirement Plan. Employees age 50 and above may contribute an additional $7,500 for a total of $30,000. To update your contributions or enroll for 2023, log into TIAA.org/stjude. You can enroll or make contribution changes at any time throughout the year.

You choose how to invest the funds in your account, and you have numerous investment options through TIAA.

For information regarding the investment options offered by TIAA, contact a TIAA representative at 1-800-842-2776.
