The seventh annual Eric Trump Foundation Golf Invitational at the Trump National Golf Club in Briarcliff Manor, New York, raised $1.5 million for the kids of St. Jude in a star-studded event September 9.

More than 500 supporters gathered to celebrate the partnership of St. Jude and The Eric Trump Foundation, which recently pledged $20 million to name The Eric Trump Foundation Surgery and ICU Center in a new $198 million tower under construction on the St. Jude campus.

In 2006, Eric Trump, Executive Vice president of Development and Acquisitions at The Trump Organization, established The Eric Trump Foundation, which is dedicated to raising money for the mission of St. Jude. To date, $6 million has been raised including funds from the September 9 event.

Guests at the recent golf invitational included Trump and his fiance Lara Yunaska, Donald Trump Jr. with his wife Vanessa, Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner, as well as former New York Knick John Starks, former New York Yankee great Johnny Damon, National Hockey League legend Mark Messier, New York Rangers assistant coach, Ulf Samuelson, and nationally known radio personality Elvis Duran.

Country music artist John Rich — a long-time St. Jude supporter and winner of The Celebrity Apprentice — performed for a sold-out crowd and was joined onstage by surprise guests, Big Kenny and Cowboy Troy, who helped raise more than $125,000 during the “Give to Live” portion of the event.

Live auction items included tickets to the exclusive Z100 Jingle Ball and I ♥ Radio Concert as donated by Duran, a trip on a private jet with JumpJet airlines as well as unique opportunities to go on-field with the New York Jets, be a ball boy for the New York Knicks and play golf with Damon.
