This September, supporters across the country will rally behind St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®, joining a nationwide movement to raise awareness and funds for children with cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
“While children and families face childhood cancer every day, Childhood Cancer Awareness Month is an important opportunity to shine a light on the challenges they endure and how they are counting on us to accelerate progress,” said Ike Anand, President and CEO of ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude. “Every person, whether donating, participating in a St. Jude event, supporting a corporate partner, or sharing the St. Jude mission with others, helps advance awareness and lifesaving research and care for families when they need it most. Together, we can give families hope and help ensure more children survive and thrive.”
Paige DeSorbo is lending her voice and platform as the newest Childhood Cancer Awareness Month Ambassador. Through her brand, Daphne, she is launching a co-branded Hannah Tee to raise awareness, inspire generosity and bring supporters together because all children should be given the quality care that they deserve.
