Full Gospel officially adopted St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as their charity of choice. Over the next four years, Full Gospel has committed to raising funds and awareness for St. Jude through the St. Jude Sunday of Hope program. The  St. Jude Sunday of Hope program encourages churches across the country to unite as one body of believers to help children battling pediatric cancer, sickle cell and other life-threatening diseases. Through this program, church congregations show their love and support for the children of St. Jude by giving a special love offering on one Sunday during the months of March through June.

Bishop Joseph W. Walker, III — the Presiding Bishop of Full Gospel — named St. Jude as Full Gospel’s charity of choice during his installation service in November 2015. Under his leadership, all Full Gospel churches will be asked to host a Sunday of Hope service any Sunday beginning Sunday, March 6, 2016 and ending Sunday, April 17, 2016. Full Gospel's International Headquarter offices are located in Atlanta, Georgia. There are hundreds of churches globally that make up the organization; their total church membership is over one million members coming from small start-up churches to mega churches abroad. Full Gospel also has 300 churches in seven foreign countries. The congregations of these 300 churches have between 100 and 1,000 members, which yields a total membership of over a quarter of a million members in foreign countries.

St. Jude is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — because all a family should worry about is helping their child live. Full Gospel’s strives to help take away some of the worry that families experience when they find out that their child has cancer or other life-threating diseases. Bishop Walker and First Lady, Dr. Stephaine, believe that Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International’s pillars — Sustainability, Holiness, Innovation, Family and Transcendence — well align with the hospital's holistic approach to a family’s care and the unique mission St. Jude: Finding Cures. Saving Children.®
