Common volunteer roles

Role Description
Event Registration: Check-in/Check-out (Technical) Work the registration table, check guests/donors into the event, and check-out the guests, if needed, utilizing technology.
Phone Bank Operator Answer calls placed by potential donors, interact with the potential donors and assist with any questions to become donors through tickets sales or Partner in Hope.
Open House Floater Assist and direct potential donors. The floater will answer questions, provide information about the house and monitor the house.
Event Prep Assist with setting up the event prior to the event day.
Silent Auction (Non-technical) Engage and assist guests and potential donors during the silent auction.
