2015 marathon weekend a success for St. Jude

More than 21,000 runners and walkers participated in the St. Jude Memphis Marathon Weekend on December 5, raising more than $8.2 million. It is the largest single one-day fundraiser of the year for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Events included a marathon, marathon relay, half marathon, 5K and family fun run. All courses took runners through the hospital campus while St. Jude patients, families and supporters cheered them on. Since its inception, the event has raised more than $40 million for St. Jude.
