About the conference
The objective of this annual scientific conference is to advance knowledge about SAMD9 and SAMD9L syndromes; multisystem disorders that can affect every organ system in the body. We aim to bring together the clinicians, scientists, and patients together to discuss mechanisms of disease and clinical aspects related to these conditions.
The 2026 conference included two days of presentations summarizing current knowledge as well as the latest developments in the field, allowing for interactive discussion and fostering collaborations on a global scale, and bringing together patients affected by these poorly understood conditions.
