Named for its four-person crew and mission to inspire support for the lifesaving work of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Inspiration4 is making history as the first all-civilian spaceflight.

The Earth from space.

When St. Jude opened in 1962, the same year an American orbited the Earth for the first time, the overall childhood cancer survival rate was 20%. Since then, treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push survival rates to more than 80%.

Later this year, four civilians – including a St. Jude cancer survivor – will embark on a multi-day journey that represents a new era for human spaceflight and exploration.

Inspiration4 has a goal of raising $200 million to support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude so that children around the world who are living with cancer can have a brighter future.
