How do I become a monthly donor?

You can sign up to become a Partner In Hope online or by calling Donor Services at 800-822-6344. Monthly donations will be automatically debited from your credit/debit card or bank account. You can also use PayPal or Apple Pay if you are transacting online.

Is my monthly donation tax-deductible?

Yes, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is a tax-exempt organization as defined by section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Your gift is tax-deductible to the full extent provided by law.

When will I receive a tax receipt?

You can submit a tax receipt request form to receive your annual donation statement for tax purposes.

Can I cancel my monthly donation?

Yes, you can call 800-822-6344 to cancel or change your monthly donation. The call center is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. CT.

On what day will my donation be charged?

You will be billed on the same day as the initial pledge each month unless you select a different day in your online account. If you give through direct deposit, you'll be charged on the 1st or 15th of the month.
