    Amanda Gillispie, Hannah Sauer, Kristen Hughes, Keito Hoshitsuki

     

    Amanda Gillispie, a PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy resident, graduated from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. During her residency at St. Jude, she trains alongside world leaders in pediatric oncology, while caring for a diverse, high-acuity patient population.

    Hannah Sauer, a PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy resident, earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency in pediatrics at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. Her clinical interests include research and practice in palliative care and optimizing care for patients with intellectual disabilities.

    Kristen Hughes, a PGY2 Medication-Use Safety resident, grew up in Memphis, Tenn. She completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Memphis and her doctorate from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY1 training at Regional One Health in Memphis.

    Keito Hoshitsuki, a PGY2 Clinical Pharmacogenomics resident, received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy with a concentration in research and pediatrics. He completed his PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Children's Minnesota. His practice areas of interest in pediatric pharmacy include pharmacokinetics, pharmacogenomics and hematology/oncology. In addition, Keito enjoys teaching and precepting students and other health care professionals in both didactic and experiential settings. He is involved in several professional organizations, including the Pediatric Pharmacy Advocacy Group. Following his training at St. Jude, Keito plans to return to his alma mater to matriculate into a PhD program in clinical pharmaceutical sciences.
