To continue using your St. Jude Fundraising account, you must do a one-time merge to the new system. It’s simple—on the log in page, enter the email address you used to create your account, and use the link or security code we send to your email to log in.
What if I have multiple fundraising accounts?
Users with multiple usernames or accounts under one email address must choose one account to keep moving forward. You will be prompted to enter the username of the account you’d like to continue with when logging in to our new system for the first time.
I don’t want to lose my progress—How can I keep my fundraising history?
If you would like to transfer the fundraising history from your other accounts, please contact St. Jude Donor Services at (800) 822-6344 for assistance. Your fundraising data will be preserved, including past events and lifetime dollars raised.
How do I know if I have an account?
Enter your email on the log in page. If you have an account, we’ll send you a link and security code to log in. If you don’t have an account, you can create one in the next step.
What if I need to change my email address?
