About Richard Kriwacki

Dr. Kriwacki earned his BS and MS from the University of Connecticut and PhD from Yale University, followed by postdoctoral studies with Dr. Peter Wright at the Scripps Research Institute. At St. Jude, he is a member of the Structural Biology Department and co-leads the institution’s Cancer Biology Program, a transdisciplinary research program that is the part of the Comprehensive Cancer Center. Dr. Kriwacki has a robust and innovative laboratory-based research program that focuses on understanding how intrinsically disordered proteins perform their biological functions through studies in the test tube and in cells and how their functions are altered in disease.
