Li Lab Team

Dr. Li earned his BS from Central China Normal University and Ph.D. from Shanghai Institute of Biological Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He trained as a postdoc and associate scientist under the esteemed Dr. Charles J. Sherr and was appointed to the St. Jude faculty in 2017. Dr. Li balances a focused and productive lab ethos with a remarkable sense of humor and exquisitely tailored mentorship. His laboratory-based research program uses advanced technologies and multidisciplinary approaches to decode and better understand unexplored regions of the human cancer genome.
