Jun Yang Lab Team

Dr. Jun Yang is an Associate Member in the Department of Surgery at St. Jude. He earned his MD from the Qingdao Medical College in China and his PhD from the Institute of Cancer Research in Sutton, UK. In his faculty role at St. Jude, Yang leads research that illuminates the basis of tumorigenesis and progression of disease in high-risk solid tumors in pediatric patients. His collaborative approach combines molecular, cellular, computational, and pharmacologic research to advance our understanding of disease to subsequently develop more effective treatments for pediatric populations.
