It’s exciting to extend our previous work on dasatinib/venetoclax in T-ALL to identifying novel clonal therapies for kids with T-ALL!

The dasatinib in T-ALL story is out today in Nature Cancer! It’s a wonderful collaboration between our lab and Dr. Jun J. Yang’s Lab. It’s yet another successful application of NetBID. Congratulations to Jingjing (co-first author) who led the NetBID analysis. NetBID identified LCK as the hidden driver and target that drives dasatinib sensitivity in >40% of children with T-ALL. More importantly, this discovery is being translated into multiple clinical trials.

We applied network biology approach to prioritize proteins in the stress granule interactome, highlighting G3BP1 as a tunable switch that triggers phase separation to assemble stress granules.

Congratulations to Jingjing and Jiyang who contribute to a paper recently accepted by Cancer Research in collaborator with Dr. Schuetz’s group. NetBID2 analysis identified a novel function of ABC transporter in medulloblastoma by regulating sonic hedgehog signaling.

Congratulations to Jingjing and Jiyang who contribute to a paper recently accepted by Nature Cancer in collaboration with Dr. Evan’s group. They integrated datasets from multiple platforms to identify genomic features associated with glucocorticoid resistance in B-ALL. CELSR2 was discovered by NetBID2 analysis.
