PBII Education Course

Each fall, the course focuses on either pediatric oncologic neuro-imaging, covering all central nervous system (CNS) tumors, or pediatric oncologic body imaging, encompassing all non-CNS tumors, or pediatric image guided intervention as a rotating basis. This unique course serves as a platform for discussing the best practices in pediatric cancer imaging with the clinical community responsible for pediatric tumor care, particularly radiologists, both practicing and in training. Led by national and internal imaging experts, the course delves into the imaging characteristics of pediatric cancers, state-of-the-art techniques, response assessment systems, tumor biology, and management. It offers a specialized opportunity to enhance knowledge and expertise in this critical field. The course is delivered to a limited number of attendees to make sure that there are formal and informal interactions the faculty. The course offers AMA category 1 CME credits.
