Users with a non-@stjude.org email address should sign in with their email address and password that they used to register.
Two-factor authentication is required when accessing services or applications that store or manage protected information. Two-factor authentication confirms your identity using two different factors. Entering your username and password is one factor. The second factor can be a text message sent to your phone, a code sent to your email account, or confirming your identity using Microsoft Authenticator.
