Hope doesn't just happen. We build it, together.
At St. Jude, we care for the entire family because we believe that every child deserves a chance to grow up and live their best life.
Together, as familia, we are hope.

Many hearts. One mission.
At St. Jude, no child faces cancer alone. We heal as a community. St. Jude provides health care to children across the country and around the world, regardless of race, religion or economic ability. Because the majority of St. Jude funding comes from generous donors, we have the freedom to focus on what matters most — saving as many kids as we can.

Together, we can save more lives.
At St. Jude, we all step in when a child is sick. Doctors and care teams, donors and volunteers, our community comes together to fight for children with cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
St. Jude has helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate in the U.S. from 20% in 1962 to more than 80% today.
Yet, around the world, about 1 in 5 will survive. That’s why we’re helping make lifesaving treatments available to more children in more places — because where they live shouldn’t determine if they live.
St. Jude can give our doctors and researchers the tools and technology they need to make the next groundbreaking discovery.
St. Jude continues to research survivorship to learn and share insights to improve care for all patients.
St. Jude conducts clinical trials and publishes research to turn laboratory discoveries into lifesaving treatments.

- One in six new St. Jude patients identify as Hispanic or Latino.
- Understanding countries of origin and language barriers, such as limited English proficiency, can help inform the cultural and linguistic context of our patients.
- During treatment, St. Jude provides whole-patient care — this includes support for nutrition, education, child life, and therapies — to help families and optimize patient outcomes.
- Hispanic children experience higher rates of Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and differences in survival outcomes, though research suggests these disparities are influenced by a range of factors that extend beyond ethnicity alone.
- Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is a cancer of the blood and bone marrow and it is the most common form of childhood cancer.
