How does Give at Checkout work?

Give at Checkout allows you to donate to a charity, like St. Jude, when making a purchase through PayPal. Just click the donate button at checkout and continue to check out as you normally would. All Give at Checkout donations are made to the PayPal Giving Fund and granted to St. Jude regularly. PayPal covers the transaction fees, so 100% of your donation goes to St. Jude.

Will donors receive a receipt for their donations?

How do PayPal donations work?

PayPal operates the PayPal Giving Fund, which allows you to use your PayPal account to support causes you care about, like St. Jude. When you choose to checkout and pay with PayPal, you’ll have the option of adding a donation onto your total. One hundred percent of the donations made to St. Jude through the PayPal Giving Fund go directly to St. Jude, with no deductions and no fees.

How to donate with PayPal

Follow these steps to select St. Jude as your favorite charity.

Step One:

Visit the St. Jude charity page on PayPal Giving Fund.

Step Two:

Select "set as favorite charity" and log in to PayPal to confirm your selection.

Step Three:

Choose to checkout with PayPal on a supported platform and simply click the donation box when prompted. Then proceed with checkout normally and you’re all set!
