It is not about doing it alone. It is about showing up as a group and creating impact together.
Legacy League is a school‑based club designed to make it easy for students to take action for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Members work together to plan creative fundraisers, spread awareness and support families facing childhood cancer.
Who is Legacy League for?
Legacy League is for high school students who want to make a difference, schools looking for meaningful service opportunities, educators and advisors who support student leadership, and communities ready to come together for a powerful cause.
No prior experience is required. Just heart and teamwork.
How it works?
Step 1. Start a club at your school
Students partner with a faculty advisor to launch a Legacy League chapter.
Step 2. Rally your community
Host fundraisers, awareness events and service projects that fit your school’s culture.
Step 3. Create impact together
Every action helps St. Jude continue its mission: Finding cures. Saving children.®
Why Legacy League Matters
Students lead the way
Legacy League is built around collective action, giving students ownership and a shared sense of purpose.
Real impact for St. Jude families
Funds raised help ensure families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food.
Leadership that lasts
Students build skills like teamwork, empathy and confidence that extend far beyond high school.
Legacy League is a club‑based, group experience designed for broad participation across a school, while St. Jude Leadership Society is a selective, individual program for students ready for deeper leadership development and ambassador roles. Ready to take the next step?

Student Impact
Across the country, Legacy League students are hosting school‑wide fundraisers, leading awareness campaigns, bringing classmates together for a shared purpose, and creating traditions that live on year after year.
This is what legacy looks like in action.
