Living Well Pharmacy
Living Well Pharmacy is an onsite full service pharmacy for employees and dependents enrolled in the St. Jude medical plan. Experienced pharmacists who go beyond just prescription fills/refills. They will tailor a care plan to your unique needs, help you with medication adherence, while taking the time to discuss your medications and overall health concerns.

Your personal health information is considered private and confidential. St. Jude has hired Premise Health, who maintains a separate system for all information related to personal medical visits. Premise Health complies with all provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and subsequent amendments.
Living Well Health & Wellness Center: St. Jude, GMP and Graduate School employees that are also enrolled in St. Jude’s medical benefit plan.
Living Well Pharmacy: Employees (who fit the same criteria as the above), and their dependents can fill prescriptions at the pharmacy. Only employees will be able to pick-up the prescriptions filled at the Living Well Pharmacy for themselves or their dependents.
The Living Well Health & Wellness center is a brand new benefit offered to all employees enrolled in the St. Jude medical plan. It will provide St. Jude employees with comprehensive healthcare and wellness services from a dedicated team that focuses on high-quality care right on campus.
Premise Health is the organization that powers the Living Well Health & Wellness Center. They will be a great vendor partner for St. Jude as they assist our employees in living well.
The Living Well Health & Wellness Center will be centrally located on the St. Jude Campus in the plaza of the Danny Thomas Research Center.

St. Jude, GMP and Graduate School employees that are also enrolled in the St. Jude medical benefit plan. For your first appointment, you will need to bring your BCBST insurance card and St. Jude Employee ID Badge.
No, the Living Well Health & Wellness Center will be staffed and powered by Premise Health. Premise Health will manage the Living Well Health & Wellness Center in the same manner as any licensed medical office in the community.
All preventive services will be covered at no cost. Copays for all other services at the Living Well Health & Wellness Center will be $10 (unless the visit falls under a wellness/preventive service) as opposed to $15 in the community.
You can request that your PCP share your records with the Living Well Health & Wellness Center by completing your provider’s record sharing process. Additionally, you may request your records from Premise Health be shared with your PCP or specialist.
Premise Health has recruited a high-quality team of comprehensive, holistic health and wellness professionals to staff and manage the Living Well Health & Wellness Center. The team will include a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Licensed Practical Nurses, Condition Management Registered Nurse, Behavioral Health Specialist, and Pharmacists. As well as familiar Living Well resources such as an EAP Counselor, BCBST Consultant, TIAA Consultant, Living Well Fitness Staff, and a Change Condition/ Wellness Coach that can help manage chronic condition(s).
Your personal health information will remain confidential and your data will be kept secure. The Living Well Health & Wellness Center will operate in accordance with HIPAA and will work diligently to protect all health records. Premise Health cannot share any personal health information without your permission. Your personal health information will not be shared with St. Jude. Notice of privacy practices will be available for review within the Living Well Health & Wellness Center.
Once the Living Well Health & Wellness Center opens, you will be able to make appointments in a variety of ways:
- Call 901-595-9355 (WELL) during regular operating hours Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Register for your appointment online through your Living Well portal.
My Premise Health is a secure online and mobile tool that elevates your healthcare experience by providing convenient virtual visits, access to your providers, health records, visit history, test results and more. This application can be found on the St. Jude Go app or on your Living Well portal.

Premise Health operates the Living Well Health & Wellness Center and maintains all confidential medical information in accordance with federal requirements for medical privacy. No one at St. Jude will have access to this information.
We have increased safety measures to keep our campus safe for our patients, their families and our employees. In-person appointments are limited, virtual appointments are recommended.
