St. Jude and ALSAC work diligently to ensure the health and safety of our patients, families and employees.
We have made great progress since the pandemic began to keep our campus safe from COVID-19. We have created new policies and instituted safety measures for campus zoning, masking and physical distancing. Our employees are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
At this time, St. Jude remains closed to visitors and tours.
-
Visitor access to St. Jude is restricted.
Tours
We are not conducting campus tours for the general public at this time.

St. Jude is now allowing two family caregivers and siblings to accompany patients as long as both are vaccinated against COVID-19. Nasal swab testing will no longer be required for vaccinated caregivers unless they are showing signs of COVID-19 infection. However, all patient family members must continue to wear masks while on campus.
Explore the Our St. Jude patient app to learn more about our COVID-19 guidelines and what to expect when coming to campus for treatment.
