COVID-19 Precautions at St. Jude

St. Jude and ALSAC work diligently to ensure the health and safety of our patients, families and employees.

We have made great progress since the pandemic began to keep our campus safe from COVID-19. We have created new policies and instituted safety measures for campus zoning, masking and physical distancing. Our employees are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

At this time, St. Jude remains closed to visitors and tours.

  1. Visitor access to St. Jude is restricted.

We are not conducting campus tours for the general public at this time.

  2. St. Jude is now allowing two family caregivers and siblings to accompany patients as long as both are vaccinated against COVID-19. Nasal swab testing will no longer be required for vaccinated caregivers unless they are showing signs of COVID-19 infection. However, all patient family members must continue to wear masks while on campus.

  3. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we, like many organizations, experience some delays in normal business processes, such as processing donations received by mail. We're grateful to all of our supporters and remain committed to acknowledging all gifts in a timely manner.  We understand that the COVID-19 crisis may have changed your financial situation. If you need to check the status of your donation, call us at (800) 822-6344 or manage your monthly donation online.
