Ex vivo and In vivo Genome Editing to reprogram T cells

Lecture date: September 10, 2026

Justin Eyquem, PhD

Associate Professor
University of California San Francisco

This talk will discuss our efforts to engineer next-generation T cell therapies through the integration of synthetic immunology, site-specific genome engineering, and in vivo delivery technologies. I will highlight new CAR and signaling protein designs to reprogram T cell function, as well as emerging strategies for precise ex vivo and in vivo engineering aimed at accelerating the clinical translation of genome-edited cell therapies.
