Genetically engineered mouse models of cancer: technology meets biology

I will review the laboratory's history of constructing genetically engineered mouse models of cancer, inlcuding technological innovations that have occurred over the years. I will emphasize how these models can be used to explore questions related to tumor evolution, therapy, and tumor-immune interactions.
