EVENT UPDATES
In light of current health concerns surrounding COVID-19, we support and respect the decisions being made globally to cancel or postpone certain events to protect participants. See if an event you're registered for has been impacted.
Be a St. Jude Hero, and run for the kids of St. Jude

Runners who fundraise at least $250 for St. Jude while training for their race are part of a nationwide alliance against childhood cancer. They're called St. Jude Heroes.

Registering for your race as a St. Jude Hero means an online training program, race-day extras — from a St. Jude singlet to hotel accommodations, depending on your event and fundraising commitment — and possibly even entry into the most exclusive races in the world. You can also earn additional prizes based on how much you raise.

Run for St. Jude

St. Jude Memphis Marathon Weekend
Run one of the only marathons organized and operated by a charity, a race where every runner can be a St. Jude Hero. If 26.2 miles isn’t your distance, we have a half marathon, 10K, 5K and kids marathon.

St. Jude is honored to be the National Featured Charity for the Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Series. Run for free when you register as a committed St. Jude fundraiser for most Rock ‘n’ Roll events in the U.S.

St. Jude is the official charity partner with the Hot Chocolate and Rugged Maniac Series.
A limited number of entries for the Abbott World Marathon Majors — a series of the most renowned marathons in the world — are available for St. Jude Heroes. Whether you're looking to run your first World Marathon Major or are headed for your series finisher medal, St. Jude can help you get there.
Contact Susan Graham at susan.graham@stjude.org for more information.
Get an exclusive finisher medal when you run both the 2020 St. Jude Memphis Marathon Weekend Virtual Experience and the 2021 St. Jude Rock 'n' Roll Nashville Marathon and 1/2 and raise $250 for the kids of St. Jude for each race.
The St. Jude Memphis Marathon Weekend Virtual Experience was held December 5, 2020.
With Team St. Jude, your St. Jude Heroes experience is flexible to fit your running and fundraising goals: you choose how much you ultimately want to raise to help St. Jude kids, and we'll acknowledge you for your efforts.
To get started, sign up, and let us know the date of your race during registration.
How fundraising helps
The money that St. Jude Heroes raise helps ensure families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
As a St. Jude Hero, you'll help kids, like Luigi, who was diagnosed with a rare brain cancer called medulloblastoma. Luigi loves music and dancing. He’s also a budding artist who likes to create robot costumes out of paper. “He’s very creative, outgoing and friendly,” said his dad. Luigi is finished with treatment and returns to St. Jude for regular scans.
