Saving children.® Because of the generous spirit of Minnesotans, families will never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — so that they can focus on helping their child live.
Help support St. Jude by participating in St. Jude Walk/Run in Minneapolis/St. Paul, held annually in August or September. This is a nationwide 5K hybrid event, taking place in person and virtually, during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month with a focus on ending childhood cancer. Together.
Do your part by registering as an individual, starting a team or joining a team for the Twin Cities St. Jude Walk/Run.

Races and challenges to support St. Jude
Participate in St. Jude Memphis Marathon Weekend® from the Twin Cities by registering for one of the virtual challenges!
Virtual race options include the 4-race challenge, 2-race challenge, marathon, half marathon, 10K and 5K.
You can also become a St. Jude Hero and join Facebook Challenges, Strava communities and other virtual events.
When St. Jude opened in 1962, childhood cancer was considered largely incurable. Since then, St. Jude has helped push the overall survival rate from 20% to more than 80%, and we won't stop until no child dies from cancer.

Parents who bring their children to St. Jude often leave home in a hurry and forget to pack day-to-day necessities such as shampoos, razors, deodorant, toothbrushes and lotion. At Tri Delta Place, our short-term housing facility, parents can obtain these essentials free of charge.
