Two apps. One St. Jude experience. Use both apps to access health information, manage appointments, and find helpful resources.

Patient App
Our St. Jude is a mobile app made by St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for patients and families. The app helps you manage daily life at St. Jude and find helpful resources.
St. Jude MyChart
St. Jude MyChart is the hospital’s patient portal. This app helps you view health information and manage your care.

Use both apps together to create the best experience.

Steps for success

Create a St. Jude MyChart account in one of these ways:
- In person: You can sign up at Patient Registration or at the In the Know Desk at Family Commons.
- By phone: Call 901-595-4636 Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.–7 p.m., or Saturday 8 a.m.–noon.
- Online: Fill out this online form. A St. Jude staff member will contact you during regular business hours.
Open the Apple App Store (if you have an iOS device) or the Google Play Store (if you have an Android device).
Search for MyChart.
Tap Install.
Tap Open or find the MyChart icon on your device.
Select St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital from the list. If you do not see it, search for St. Jude by name, state (TN), or ZIP code (38105).
Sign in using the username and password you created when you registered for your MyChart account.
Download Our St. Jude from the App Store or Google Play. Use the same St. Jude MyChart username and password to sign in.

You can also access St. Jude MyChart online: mychart.stjude.org.
