The members of Clinical Nutrition Services are dedicated to the field of evidence based practice and research. Our research roots run deep our staff participate as primary investigators conducting their own research and we are able to assist other research investigators in the design and development of nutrition related research. Our key research services include assessment and analyses of dietary intakes and nutritional status, measurement of body composition via bioelectrical impedance, evaluation of resting energy expenditure, nutrition counseling and group education, and the assessment of taste and smell during treatment.
