Stay up to date on your patient’s care

Through St. Jude Care Everywhere or St. Jude EpicCare Link

St. Jude Care Everywhere allows clinicians who are part of the Epic or Carequality networks to access the health records of a St. Jude patient.

  1. If you work in a hospital or health group that has the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system or a non-Epic hospital that is a member of Carequality, you can obtain the details you need to coordinate the best possible care for your patient who is being treated at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Once St. Jude and the patient or caregiver has consented to share a patient’s records, you can view the following information about your patient:

    • Progress notes, procedure notes
    • Lab, imaging and test results
    • Discharge instructions
    • Consultation notes
    • Reference-quality images (X-rays, CT scans, EKGs, scanned PDFs)
    • Medications
    • Allergies
    • Medical history
    • Outpatient visits, hospital admissions and discharges

No sign-up is required to use Care Everywhere if your facility has access to Epic or is a member of Carequality.

St. Jude EpicCare Link gives clinicians who do not belong to the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system the ability to view medical records of their patients who are in treatment or have received treatment at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. You will also be able to send messages to St. Jude providers and submit new-patient referral requests for review.

Enroll your organization in EpicCare Link for access to patient records.
